1. All Well child Care and New Patients, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
2. Please remember to bring your insurance card, immunization records and other interim medical records of your child available, to every FIRST appointment.
3. Please be aware that your FIRST appointment will not be a well check or well child care if any medical issues need to be discussed or your child is sick. We would be “establishing care” of your child and addressing the concerns you have.

Levine Children’s Hospital and/or Novant Health Hemby Children’s Hospital are the preferred hospitals for all emergencies as per Pineville Pediatrics. The nearest facility might be convenient, but is often not the best facility for your children.

For any emergencies after hours we recommend you to take your child to Levine Children’s ER and/or Novant Health Hemby Children’s ER. If this is not accessible then please head to the nearest emergency room. For any non-emergent calls after hours, please call our office number 704-540-3036 and leave a message at the appropriate option. We will return your phone call with in 24 hours. Another GREAT way of communicating with our provider Dr.Jamma is to send her a message through PATIENT PORTAL and she responds by the end of the day or within 12- 24 hrs in regards to a NON EMERGENT question.
All billing /scheduling/practice management related concerns and questions shall be addressed Monday through friday 9am to 5pm within 1-2 business days .Please leave us messages regarding the same as well at our office manager number – 705. 540. 6800 .

Well Child Care
We are currently accepting well care appointments. Please contact 704-540-3036 to schedule an appointment. Please have your name, telephone number, your child’s name, date of birth, and desired time and day ready for your appointment.
Please be aware that your FIRST appointment will not be a well check or well child care if any medical issues need to be discussed or your child is sick. We would be “establishing care” of your child and addressing the concerns you have.
We schedule sick visits all day and will try our best to accommodate the same day. Earlier calls will receive priority. Sick visits in general are our priority on any day.
Walk–ins are accepted but please expect an extended wait sometimes as a walk-in patient. Our last walk-in for the day is 45 minutes prior to the closing time.
Please visit our patient portal to print NEW PATIENT FORMS and bring them completed with you to the office. This hastens the processing time at the clinic for your appointment. You may also fax them to 704-543-3043. We also provide them at your visit if you were not able to do so.
Missed Appointments / Cancelled Appointments / Reschedules / No-Shows
If you have to reschedule an appointment or you have to miss an appointment due to your day-to-day activities, we understand that. Appointments must be canceled 3 hours prior to your appointment time. If you have “no shows” without cancellation, you will be charged a “no-show” fee of $20 from our clinic. After hour calls to cancel your appointment will not be accepted as sufficient notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A reminder notice will be sent to you after the first and second “no shows” in a 12 month period. Dismissal from the practice will occur after the 3rd “no show’ in a 12 month period. This allow for better use of patient, staff, and physician time and another SICK child can have an open slot to be treated that day, if you do so.
If any scheduled or walk in appointment is missed without prior notice (scheduled – 24 hours prior , walk in – same day notice) , a “no-show” charge of $20.00 will be issued. Any 3 such consecutive “no-shows” within a 12 month period will be subjected to discharge out of our practice.
